Following our last wine evening (it’s something like 3 years ago…) and it’s success, we have decided to have our friend Pierre Lacroix from Berkmann Wine cellar and Javier Perez Bernal from Valdemar vineyards to show their portfolio at Bouchon! So what should we be cooking? Snails? French onion soup? Duck confit? Bouillabaisse? Wouldn’t work, would it? Ok, so for 1 night (promise, 1 night only) we will go across the Pyrenees, and try to cook the beautiful food from our Spanish friends!
